Here is a summary of the Arbitrum Foundation’s updates from yesterday’s GRC call.

**Marketing:**

- Further positioning of Arbitrum as a Digital Sovereign Nation via a comprehensively written [report launched by Messari](https://messari.io/report/arbitrum-digital-sovereign-nation)

- Two new X channels were launched, focused on increasing mindshare from [India](https://x.com/arbitrum_india) & [Brazil](https://x.com/arbitrum_pt), geographies crucial for future ecosystem growth.

**Finance:**

- The 35M ARB from [STEP 2](https://www.tally.xyz/gov/arbitrum/proposal/13323456481927947871314500108227684550647495448005726995657704713229313956489?govId=eip155:42161:0x789fC99093B09aD01C34DC7251D0C89ce743e5a4), as well as the [redeemed USDM](https://snapshot.box/#/s:arbitrumfoundation.eth/proposal/0xfd373c58adbb013a05c778b71ccffb19e5bbefb8a100232f67eced33c58e22f7) funds from STEP 1, was [deployed across the DAO-approved RWA products for STEP 2](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/step-2-committee-preferred-allocations/29086/35) (BENJI, WTGXX, and USTBL).

**Arbitrum Open House:**

- [Arbitrum Open House](https://openhouse.arbitrum.io/) was [officially launched](https://x.com/arbitrum/status/1950978444013216107) targeting its first region: India. The Open House is a multi-tiered program to enable builders to build on Arbitrum and to launch new projects in the ecosystem. It consists of:

**Arbitrum Audit Program**

- The DAO-approved [Arbitrum Audit Program](https://blog.arbitrum.foundation/arbitrums-10m-audit-program-is-live-apply-to-secure-your-smart-contracts/) was [officially launched](https://x.com/arbitrum/status/1952380913444323664). Early-stage projects building on Arbitrum can now apply for funding to cover third-party security audits from whitelisted audit firms, helping projects ship securely without burning runway and strengthening overall ecosystem security.

- The Arbitrum Audit Committee [whitelisted 12 out of 30 the audit firms who applied](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/arbitrum-audit-program-audit-firms-application-process/29245/3).

**Ecosystem**

- Boros by Pendle is now [live on Arbitrum](https://x.com/arbitrum/status/1953087348461191536), bringing funding rates fully on-chain. Boros is starting with Binance BTC-USDT and ETH-USDT pairs with scope to expand further.
