Governance
- The March 2026 Security Council Member Election results will register with the Security Council contracts on May 21.
- Collaborated with OCL to build a replacement governance UI to Tally at https://alt.gov.arbitrum.foundation/, and engaged with Snapshot to integrate ArbitrumDAO’s Governor contracts onto its UI to create a backup governance interface.
- For latest on the [Constitutional] AIP: Approve Release of Frozen ETH proposal, refer to this comment highlighting that the court has authorised the on-chain vote to transfer all frozen ETH to a wallet controlled by Aave LLC and the restraining notice will follow the assets to Aave LLC who have agreed to comply with it as confirmed in the updated proposal. Accordingly, the Arbitrum Foundation believes the DAO should continue with the governance process for this proposal.
Tech
- Prepared for the Open House - London (May 25th), securing ~190 signups for the London OH Online Buildathon with a diverse global demographic (25% Europe, 6% North America, 70% Asia, Africa, LATAM).
- Monitored 22 chains and highlighted that ~$300k in AEP fees has been collected, via the AEP Dashboard.
- Attended DevWorld (Amsterdam) and ETH Prague, published 20 content pieces (across X, LinkedIn and YouTube) and 2 builder newsletters.
Finance
- Continued execution of ATMC deployments under the DAO’s approval, deploying idle USDC into yield−generating positions, diversifying the DAO’s onchain yield exposure across institutional credit and tokenized treasury products.
- Executed a covered call program for the DAO’s idle ETH using reputable institutional counterparties in coordination with the ATMC, generating premium income in USDC while remaining within defined counterparty risk limits.
- Consolidated additional smaller holdings into the ATMC wallet.
Ecosystem
- Continued delivering the Arbitrum mentorship program, advancing workshops, mentorship, ecosystem partner sessions, and Demo Day preparations.
- Expanded the Arbitrum Audit Program, onboarding Sherlock and Blackthorn as new auditors, and advanced the AAP AI Security Pilot initiative.
- Continued the execution of existing capital deployment initiatives through current programs and contracts.
- Supported DevRel’s Open House initiative by attracting 10 sponsors for OH London (including Robinhood, CFIT, AWS, GMX, Dune, Alchemy, OpenZeppelin, ZeroDev, and Fhenix).
Capital & Investments
- Continued active meetings and collaborations with investment firms during Consensus Miami, among others.
