## Approach:

- The agenda below will be fluid.
- For authors and/or key contributors of these proposals, it would be helpful if you could include a tl;dr / update of your proposal / discussion in the comments so delegates can review them and prepare their questions for the call.
- Since authors of most proposals that are in the voting phase have already gone through tl;dr’s and responded to questions in previous sessions, the call will primarily be used to cover ‘ **notable discussions** ’ on proposals.

>
> Summary As Arbitrum seeks to grow, it’s critical to understand why builders and entrepreneurs choose to develop on this platform, and what its strengths and weaknesses are in comparison to its competitors. Currently, Arbitrum delegates and key organisations in the ecosystem (GCP, OCL, Foundation, etc.) have multiple theories on why some developers and entrepreneurs opt for it as their technology of choice, and others don’t. And, many choices are being made to define which programs to fund and h…

> TLDR: Overview: The DAO has existed for 18 months, [total expenditures of 425M ARB](https://online.flippingbook.com/view/927107714/2/) with 40+ initiatives that have passed Tally; and only in the last three months did we create a single list with the live initiatives. We can do better. Still, reporting has had inconsistent processes, making it difficult to see all the initiatives, let alone determine relative performance. This proposal enables the DAO to create a Reporting and Information function that will enable transparency and visibility into…

>
> Abstract The Arbitrum Domain Allocator Offerings Grant Program (D.A.O.) has operated for one year across two six-month seasons. The program has evolved and improved based on previous results, growing from its first season, which allocated $250,000 across four domains, to a second season with funding of $1,000,000 per domain. We are now proposing a third season that would run for a full year, encompassing the existing four domains (Protocols, Education/Community and Events, Dev Tooling, and Gami…

> Partner with ETH Bucharest 2025 - Eastern Europe’s Leading Ethereum Conference and Hackathon Non-Constitutional IMPORTANT NOTE We acknowledge the community’s feedback on this proposal. While we’ve focused on the core sponsorship package to deliver maximum value, we’ve kept the POAP add-on as a voting option, as we believe it would provide Arbitrum with additional visibility at ETH Bucharest. Submitting via Questbook would have been more conventional, but we chose the DAO Events Budget to expedi…
