- Facilitated the Security Council’s execution of two non-emergency actions: a [correction of the total DVP](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/non-emergency-security-action-to-correct-total-dvp/31094) and [key rotation](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/non-emergency-action-to-facilitate-key-rotation-of-security-council-july-2026/31081).
- Advanced the Automate Timeboost Proceeds Split proposal through its [temperature check](https://snapshot.org/#/s:arbitrumfoundation.eth/proposal/0x5b67a2c7c8f9b0e4ee46d2e7e9d580c90b069e0bbf8ed1a1e025a372886aabc4), however, this proposal has now been [delayed](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/constitutional-aip-automate-timeboost-proceeds-split/30920/16) until PGA is live.
- Progressed the Security Council Election Process Improvements proposal through its [temperature check](https://snapshot.org/#/s:arbitrumfoundation.eth/proposal/0xe9373b2226ab14005ae14075953e5755448d7ac7dc61a21a9c1d51dcae427e42), which is now undergoing its [on-chain vote](https://alt.gov.arbitrum.foundation/proposal/99505320587245662570748490045867467578602042886347829693486500764737017017943?govId=eip155:42161:0xf07ded9dc292157749b6fd268e37df6ea38395b9).
- Published the [Q2 MSS Handover Report](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/mss-handover-reporting-apr-2026-jun-2026/31112).
- Preparing for an upcoming proposal to continue the Arbitrum Audit Program (AAP).

**Tech**

- [Announced](https://x.com/arbitrum/status/2085390885655548009) Open House (OH) Buildathon Singapore which is set to take place from September onwards.

**Finance**

- Continued the ETH covered call program, generating $61,020.00 in premium income on 6,750 ETH of notional while keeping the underlying ETH staked in eETH.
- Deployed $7.0M returned from the AGV wind-down and $1.63M redeemed from the Gauntlet vault into Spark Savings sUSDC, keeping the portfolio fully deployed.
- Executed the approved AF Funding Proposal drawdown, sourcing $16M in RWA/stablecoin positions and 1,740 ETH from the ATMC portfolio.

**Ecosystem**

- Entered the closing phase of the first [Mentorship cohort](https://x.com/arbitrum/status/2086867276955873679), completing Demo Day with approximately 30 VCs in attendance.
- Finalized KYC and prize distribution for the Mentorship program winners.
- Closed the [Arbitrum Audit Program (AAP)](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/arbitrum-audit-program/28368/131)[applications](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/arbitrum-audit-program/28368/131) on August 1 following a late surge in submissions.

**Capital & Investment**

- Broadcasted the Arbitrum thesis across various investor channels, engaging asset managers (WisdomTree podcast, client roundtables) and liquid funds ([DACM LP webinar](https://x.com/richwgalvin/status/2084841971945029940?s=20)).
- Published the [6-month ecosystem review](https://x.com/arbitrum/status/2077388239070020041?s=46&t=Gaok4s7waS3YhYjthI3rZw).
- Maintained an active pipeline of investment research analysts initiating coverage on Arbitrum, following recent inbounds from tradfi firms and institutional desks.
- Supported the launch of the [Canary Capital research report](https://www.canary.capital/learning-hub/invisible-infrastructure-behind-robinhood-chain) to clients (~$500M AUM in digital assets), highlighting Arbitrum’s economic model as “particularly compelling.”
