# Adopting USDG as a Core Strategic Initiative for the ArbitrumDAO

Entropy Advisors recognizes that a conflict of interest exists due to its role in DRIP, the ATMC, and proposed role for the USDG initiative. We are disclosing this conflict before voting FOR on the [offchain vote](https://snapshot.org/#/s:arbitrumfoundation.eth/proposal/0x2281f0e25992b203f0318542f74cd4ebd4d61625383c09e11839807834857906). As outlined throughout the proposal, our team believes USDG is one of the highest-impact opportunities available to the DAO today. It gives Arbitrum builders an ecosystem-aligned dollar with economic upside and the DAO a dollar-denominated revenue line.
