October was a busy month for the AGV team, with multiple conferences, governance updates, and deals progress at the forefront of our activities. Each session is an… * * * ## Governance Updates **AGV Council Elections** We are aware of the [previously communicated reference timeline for Council Elections](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/proposal-extend-agv-council-term-and-align-future-elections-with-operational-cadence/29425). As reported during October 28th’s “[Open Discussion of Proposals Governance Call](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/october-28th-open-discussion-of-proposals-governance-call/30129)”, the DAO can expect a comprehensive procedure outlined in full on the forum by the end of this week. During these two events, we met with founders, investors, and others in both the crypto and broader tech industries to talk about how Arbitrum is the best place to build web3 gaming and entertainment projects.
