Having supported each individual upgrade included in ArbOS 31, we’ll be voting FOR this proposal during the onchain vote.
OpenZeppelin, in their capacity as the security member of the ARDC, conducted a review of the proposal’s executable and confirmed that the upgrade will only perform the actions described in the proposal. We also individually checked the contents of the proposal’s executable to confirm that they’ll only do what they describe. Both reviews found no issues, and therefore, we’re comfortable voting in favor.
