@juanbug, this is a great point. We have been collaborating with @Bernard actively over the last month. There is a lot of overlap on the problems that need to be solved, but the objectives, teams necessary and most probably pools of capital to be used are somewhat different and hence don’t think it makes sense to merge.

It certainly makes sense to join forces on things like legal structure, which was led by the M&A guys and reviewed by our group on every step before joined conversations with the foundation for example.
