When we examined your project as ITU Blockchain, we noticed that you place a significant emphasis on your project. This is indeed commendable; however, we are uncertain about the primary reason for requesting the grant. Is it to expand your project, or is it to contribute to the Arbitrum network? We are concerned that this grant may not provide the desired impact. Therefore, we are abstaining from voting.
