Hey Arbinauts, I’m Shelley, a gamer, content creator, and long time Web3 storyteller. 🎮 What is Arbitrum Bites?

**Arbitrum Bites** is a **3-month content campaign** designed to amplify Arbitrum-native games through **short-form videos built for TikTok and YouTube Shorts** especially aimed at **Gen Z and short attention span users**.

The goal:  
👉 Turn on-chain games into engaging, discoverable content  
👉 Bring real players in through storytelling and paid reach  
👉 Make Arbitrum gaming accessible for Web2 & Web3 alike

### 📱 Key Deliverables

- **24 bite-sized videos** (60 seconds each)

- **3 monthly recap blogs** featuring the best Arbitrum games

- **Paid media support** to drive reach and conversions

- **Analytics & engagement reporting** each milestone

Even though amazing games are being built on Arbitrum, **many go unnoticed** due to lack of visibility and accessible content.

This proposal tackles that with:

- **Content tailored to the TikTok generation**

- **Monthly themed storytelling** around active Arbitrum games

- **Ad spend to drive growth** , not just organic reach

### 💸 Funding Request: $15,000

Divided across **3 milestones** (1 per month):

- $5,000 each

- 8 videos + 1 recap blog + paid media ads per milestone

- Full engagement & milestone report monthly

**Budget Breakdown:**

- Short-form production: $9,000

- Paid ads amplification: $1,600

- Motion graphics: $2,400

- Sound design: $1,000

- Strategy & ops: $1,000

- **100K+ total impressions** across TikTok & YouTube Shorts

- **500–2000 new users/conversions** via clicks, follows, signups

- **CPM:** $3–$8 | **CPC:** $0.50–$1.50 | **CAC:** $5–$10
