We’ve received feedback from delegates that they would like additional time to see all of items raised by @fred and @offchainlabs fully addressed before voting on this proposal. As a result, we are “canceling” the onchain upgrade proposal. Because Arbitrum governance does not currently allow onchain proposal cancelation, canceling the proposal constitutes labeling the proposal as canceled on Tally and suggesting delegates to vote against.
