Last year, we were awarded a grant from Questbook to build a dashboard for open source contributions to Arbitrum:

We completed all of the milestones last year, but decided to delay the launch to enable us to polish the user experience. We have now completed the site and would like to invite all developers building open source projects for Arbitrum to register.
Once you’ve registered your GItHub project, we will start analyzing and summarizing all the work coming out of your project. This will count towards the overall contribution graph and give the community a dashboard for your project. e.g. [Nitro](https://aoscd.com/project/573)

Quick question: Which projects qualify as Arbitrum? For example, if we have an open-source project on Superposition (L3 - Orbit Chain), could we still register the project?

Absolutely! As an Orbit Chain project, you would qualify.
