Hey everyone, please see Regen Financial’s July 2025 Token Flow Report for the Arbitrum DAO below:

The key highlights we would like to bring to the DAO’s attention are:

- net transaction fees collected (308 ETH) amounted to 95% of total fees collected vs. 95% in June, further evidencing a stable ~95%net fee ratio each month
- 2 constitutional AIP’s were approved during the month (no funding deployed)":
- Register the Sky Custom Gateway contracts in the Router
- Constitutional Quorum Threshold Reduction
- Converting all income and spend into ARB, the DAO generated a loss of 33.5Mk ARB, driven by:
  - 2.4M ARB in net transaction fees
  - 0.24M ARB in STEP income (note the income from June was used as a proxy for July as the STEP report for July was not available at the time of posting our report)
  - 36M in DAO-spend

DAO spend (36M ARB) was driven by:

- 35.1M ARB deployed under STEP 2.0 (converted out of ARB and into the DAO-approved assets)
- 0.7M spent under the DDA Season 3 grant program
- 0.3M spent under the Stylus Sprint program
