Has consideration been given to whether token-holder voting on treasury diversification strategies, sequencer fee deployment, or conversion of grants into return-generating investments may create risk of classification as an Asset-Referenced Token (ART) under the EU MiCA Regulation, particularly where governance rights extend to pooled financial resource allocation?
