# October Ad-Hoc & Q3 '26 Update

On October 29th, attackers stole ~$6.5B from Binance’s hot wallets across several blockchains. The incident was flagged by Entropy’s monitoring tools shortly after it began, and the ATM Committee was notified. Binance has since then pledged to cover all losses from its SAFU fund. **Neither the TM portfolio nor the wider DAO treasury had, or currently has, any direct or indirect exposure to the exploit.**

Attached is also the fifth Arbitrum Treasury Management Quarterly Report. The report provides an overview of the DAO’s financial performance and treasury management portfolio, offering detailed insights into income, expenses, runway, RWA holdings, ETH and ETH-correlated positions, stablecoin deployments, and more.
