Proposal: [[NON-CONSTITUTIONAL] Arbitrum Onboarding V2: A Governance Bootcamp](https://www.tally.xyz/gov/arbitrum/proposal/41764616447638715300612914863093416410063619332654034338488569044333128121381?govId=eip155:42161:0x789fC99093B09aD01C34DC7251D0C89ce743e5a4) Type: Tally Vote/rationale: FOR - Arbitrum DAO needs valuable delegates, that have the knowledge, interest and dedication to improve and expand the Arbitrum ecosystem. This program is a first step in that direction. > [@\[NON-CONSTITUTIONAL\] Arbitrum Onboarding V2: A Governance Bootcamp](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/non-constitutional-arbitrum-onboarding-v2-a-governance-bootcamp/27546/124): > > Furthermore, the current structure has no mechanisms to ensure that these analysts stay fully aligned with Arbitrum, and there is a risk that the best talent is pulled into other DAOs in the industry. If other DAOs are more appealing for analysts that have specifically been trained on Arbitrum DAO, this signals a problem with the DAO, not with the program. Proposal: [Proposal: For Arbitrum DAO to register the Sky Custom Gateway contracts in the Router.](https://snapshot.box/#/s:arbitrumfoundation.eth/proposal/0x262b39303a53e29784c9a03761ed423a480fab36a2d7cae815e0265e02925454) Type: Snapshot Vote/rationale: FOR - This initiative makes it easier for new users to onboard and further solidify Arbitrum’s position as a leading DeFi hub. --- _[View the full topic](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/bertani-delegate-communication-thread/27289)._
