This is my delegate communication thread, I will continue to update overtime. Update: As of 12/31/2025 I have formally retired from the Arbitrum DAO in any capacity, legal or otherwise. I no longer wish to be a delegate and recommend those who delegate to me to move to another person. I’ve enjoyed my time over the last few years, and wish Arbitrum all the best. ---

To save space on the forums, I’ve posted all my rationale for the STIPP Bridge challenge votes here: - MUX: Against, already received a large amount of ARB in the 1st round and per metrics it looks like incentives did not create sustainable, long-term activity - Stargate: For, I acknowledge the importance of bridging to reduce fragmentation of L2 networks. Along with not getting their chance with the first STIP due to a technicality. - Solv: For, metrics look to indicate growth was achieved with the STIP. Given the amount asked, willing to vote to continue funding - Sanko Games: For, novel project and metrics indicate STIP provided value. - Tide: Against, I don’t really think I’m seeing the value here in terms of engagement produced per ARB paid. Data doesn’t make it clear to me either - KyberSwap: Against, unfortunate situation but due to the hack and lack of KPIs I have to vote against - Gains: Against, already recieved a large amoutn of ARB in the 1st round and the metrics seem to indicate any gains during the STIPP period returned to pre-STIPP levels. Not creating sustainable, long-term activity. - Boost: Against, it seems sybil concerns are being addressed which is apprecitated, however metrics don’t seem to indicate sustainable, long term activity. - Thalse: For, mertrics seem to indicate growth past the STIPP timeframe’ - Savvy: For, OBL not available at time of voting, but TVL statistics seem to indicate no dropoff past the STIPP timeframe. - Stake DAO: Against, ARB still available for incentives, do not believe they need additional funding. Not many unique users given the cost to the DAO. - Furucombo: Against, agree with concerns brought up by Cattin (wash trading) - Socket Bridge: Against, agree with concerns brought up by Cattin (lack of reporting and funds still available from original STIPP) - Angle: Against, not enough growth in metrics to justify the costs - OpenOcean: Against, doesn’t seem much activity sustained post STIPP period - Thetanuts Finance: For, metrics seem to indicate growth past the STIPP period and see value in funding an additional round. - Dolomite & Unami: For, I don’t really see issue with the incentivization method and it seems to have worked well. ---

Here are my rationales for the ARDC elections: Supervisory Council - Comm Role: I will be voting for Frisson. They have been a consistently impactful member of the DAO and while there are a lot of good applicants… I believe Frisson will be the most capable of this oversight role. - Operations Role: There is only one applicant for this role. Unfortunately, this applicant has ties to Lido and in order to best represent those who delegate ARB to me I will not be showing support for this candidate. Research - I will be voting for Messari, as I believe they provide the most value per the cost relative to all applicants Risk - I will be voting for Nethermind. They have a solid background - both across the space and with the DAO - and come at a reasonable cost. Security - Similar to last time, I will be voting 50/50 as I believe both are quality candidates with fairly equal applications. And would be happy with either project representing. ---

For the Questbook’s Season 3 Domain Allocator Election, I will be posting my decisions below: - Gaming: (Flook & Nikki) I simply think that Flook has done well the past 2 seasons and I see no reason not for them to continue to the work. While the other applicant has a good background as well, I don’t think it stands out enough to warrant a change for this domain allocator position. Especially since Flook’s experience specifically working with grant requests is a big plus for this type of position. - Education, Community Growth, and Events: (SeedGov) Similiar to Gaming, I think SeedGov has done well the past 2 seasons and I don’t believe any challenging applicant offered enough to warrant a change. Through my interactions with SeedGov I believe they are capable of handling the role. - Dev Tooling on One and Stylus: (ariutokintumi) All three applicants looked to be qualified for this domain, however I felt ariutokintumi’s application stood out for two reasons: 1) This was the only applicant who was a team of 2 (versus the others being a solo applicant). While I think a solo applicant isn’t necessarily a disqualifier, I think having the extra help will go a long way. Both for bouncing ideas off each other / keeping each other in check, as well as simply balancing workloads. 2) The teams background was impressive and I think stood out among the other applicants. - New Protocols and Ideas (Saurabh) A lot of great applicants, but I will be voting for Saurabh as I think their prior experience with Questbook is a really big plus here. I also can vouch for both Saurabh and Shogun personally as great to work with and I think they would do a great job with this domain. ---

I edited my main post, but to reiterate for those who click here and scroll to the bottom: As of 12/31/2025 I have formally retired from the Arbitrum DAO in any capacity, legal or otherwise. I no longer wish to be a delegate and recommend those who delegate to me to move to another person. I’ve enjoyed my time over the last few years, and wish Arbitrum all the best.
