The following reflects the views of L2BEAT’s governance team, composed of @krst, @Sinkas, and @Manugotsuka, and it’s based on their combined research, fact-checking, and ideation. We’re voting FOR the proposal. As we’ve done with previous technical proposals, we asked L2BEAT’s research team to review the proposed upgrade and ensure that the changes are sensible. Since there were no major issues pointed out by our research team, we’re voting in favor.
