Following @offchain’s input, this proposal will be discontinued.

Once Timeboost is disabled, we plan on submitting an updated proposal to sweep 3% of all Timeboost fees accrued to the ADG. This one-time Timeboost fee distribution may either be combined with the first PGA distribution proposal and/or be bundled with another non-constitutional proposal.
