As far as I can tell, this upgrade makes governance easier and cheaper by letting call contracts directly without extra steps. It doesn’t change who controls things or add risk. Same security model, same ownership, just less overhead. I hope I’m getting it right.
Proposals like this are purely technical housekeeping. We don’t need to waste delegate time debating them every cycle. This kind of proposal should just be optimistically approved so the DAO can move faster and focus on bigger decisions.
