# Curia Delegate Communication Thread

**Proposal:** [OpCo – Oversight and Transparency Committee (OAT) Elections](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/opco-oversight-and-transparency-committee-oat-elections/28867/24)

**Vote:** we’re voting equally (25% each) for @Frisson , @ajwarner90 , @stonecoldpat , @pedrob

**Rationale:**

These five bring the right mix of experience, trust, and alignment to set up OpCo for success.  
Frisson has consistently stepped up in key DAO initiatives.  
AJ brings deep ecosystem insight and strong ties to builders.  
Pat offers a research-driven, diplomatic approach with a clear understanding of DAO and Foundation dynamics.  
Pedro is detail-oriented, thoughtful, and has contributed meaningfully without seeking the spotlight.
