Curia Forum Score Integration: Measuring Delegate Engagement Beyond Voting

I really feel that metrics like Time Read, Days Visited, and Posts Read should not be part of a forum score. They can be easily gamed and we should not optimize for that. Even if they count very little to the overall score, I think it’s wrong to incentivize those metrics. We should focus on social metrics like reciprocated and non-reciprocated likes in posts, and topic/post creation.

Also, what is the criteria to consider a particular forum topic/comment as a proposal that can be initiated and discussed (and therefor have much more scoring weight)?
Is it topics that are on the Proposals Category of the forum?
If so, that’s not a good criteria because there are several “proposals” that go up for a vote, and are initiated and discussed, and are not in the Proposals category, like the recent ones similar to the TMC recommendation one.
