Firstly, thank you for your proposal. At ITU Blockchain, while evaluating proposals, we compare the grant amounts requested by the protocols with the existing TVL amounts. Although CVI is important for traders benefiting from volatility, we believe that you need to prove yourself as a protocol. We are sorry to state that, especially for a protocol not native to Arbitrum, we cannot support this proposal.
