Reason for dispute: I participated in every vote and made a comment for every snapshot vote or tally vote. I made a comment in the corresponding thread, linked my comment in every vote in the comment section and also posted a summary of my activites in my personal [delegation communication thread](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/ezr3al-delegate-communication-thread/24833)

1. Comment for snapshot vote ["An EIP-4824 powered daoURI for Arbitrum DAO "](https://snapshot.org/#/arbitrumfoundation.eth/proposal/0x7232f2c1d1da127cb65ee6036fc52ed6fc02540aaf6cf79a3045b6031e819a35) has not been taking into account.
