Thanks @SEEDGov for the novermber’s paticipation rate. I have only 50%. It’s a pity.  
By the way, on October we had 8 proposals, not 7. I think you forgot to calculate " [Non-Constitutional] Arbitrum DAO Delegate Incentive Program", because with this one I should have 54% novermber’s paticipation rate, not 50%. And I think other delegetes also should have another rate with this one extra proposal.

AFAIK Delegate Incentive Program Proposals will not be considered for incentives/PR.

We never counted (and we won’t in the future) Delegate Incentive Program proposals on Snapshot/Tally neither their discussions on the forum.

Got a questiont (that maybe could go in a faq thread for 1.5 maybe? posting it here since is the only 1.5 we have).  
Does tally motivation work the same as in 1.0? Meaning, if not too many changes, we can just drop the motivation in our own delegate’s thread quoting the previous snapshot vote?
