Reason for dispute: [my comment](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/jumper-x-merkl-maga-2025-make-arbitrum-great-again/28463/6) on Jumper x Merkl proposal led to [several changes in the proposal](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/jumper-x-merkl-maga-2025-make-arbitrum-great-again/28463/8) (rules for receiving the incentives, using MSS, etc), but it was rewarded only with “4” in the impact column.
