# DuckChain: First Arbitrum Orbit Deployment on a Non-Ethereum Chain (TON)

just to clarify that those funds aren’t earmarked for anything… DuckChain should pay those 10% because that’s what is (or will be soon) defined in the business license, according to this recently [passed proposal](https://snapshot.org/#/arbitrumfoundation.eth/proposal/0xd6138aaca39742a1a56f3219a74a4258e0786aa5494cdfbe752f23277c1b947f).  
Those funds will then be split 80/20, where 80% will go to the Arbitrum DAO treasury and 20% will go to fund the [Arbitrum Development Guild](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/the-arbitrum-expansion-program-and-developer-guild/20722) which is [still to be defined](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/temperature-check-change-arbitrum-expansion-program-to-allow-deployments-of-new-orbit-chains-on-any-blockchain/23280/48).
