Establishing a DAO Oversight Committee to bring strategy, process & accountability to treasury management on Arbitrum

We do not plan to apply to be on the Treasury Oversight Committee, which is the only RFP we have proposed an outline for. If a) this proposal moves forward in any way and b) depending on the views presented by the Treasury Oversight Committee, we may be interested in applying to be a treasury manager but we plan to have no say in defining the needs of the DAO (or the RFP) because we recognise we would be a potential conflict of interest.

We are looking to get the conversation started and incorporate outside feedback but in an ideal world we would love for someone else to lead it. However, until now we have failed to see a hollistic discussion on this topic.
