The due diligence process has been shared over a few open office / monthly calls but dropping them here:

- First screening / review by Arbitrum Gaming team members (includes OCL / AF / GCP)
- Team interviews / conversations
- Additional DD
- If DD passes, initial proposal structured
- In parallel, proposals are reviewed by IC or grants committee
- IC / grants DD follow up questions and review
- Final Proposal stage if IC / GC passes
- Final agreement / negotiation
- Final legal DD and KYC / KYB
- Funding
- Post-funding support

We are heavily founders focused, and a blend of founder profile, terms, go-to-market strategy, and traction help inform a large portion of our due diligence process.
