The following reflects the views of L2BEAT’s governance team, composed of @krst and @Sinkas, and it’s based on the combined research, fact-checking, and ideation of the two. We’re voting FOR the proposal for the same reasons we [supported the proposal during the temp check](https://www.notion.so/Arbitrum-Hackathon-Continuation-15b094a2aee78050ad49c2cd1d93a1af?pvs=21). Although we originally expressed concern about the amount of money going to operational expenses, @danielo addressed our comment and provided additional explanation in a private chat.
