do you have a date and location for this hackathon to happen?

if not, would you consider waiting for the [potential onchain approval](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/non-constitutional-rfc-arbitrum-d-a-o-domain-allocator-offerings-grant-program-season-3/27584/112) of the next season of questbook grants and apply for funding through there, on the season 3.0 of the [Education, Community Growth and Events](https://www.questbook.app/dashboard/?chainId=10&role=community&proposalId=66d6f6612047c84bb8505ed9&grantId=662f30eb1c1eb9145098a15e&isRenderingProposalBody=true) domain?

Also, have you seen [this similar example](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/final-report-arbitrum-workshop-and-hackathon-in-bucharest-romania/27478) that happened in November, in Bucharest, Romania?
