Hi everyone,

My name is Rubén Winer. I’m based between Chile and Argentina, and I’ve been active in the crypto ecosystem for several years—mainly in community-building, governance participation, and helping bring Web3 initiatives to Latin America.

I recently began contributing to DAO spaces and I’m especially interested in how decentralized governance and more traditional organizational models can coexist to strengthen ecosystems like Arbitrum. I believe LATAM has huge potential both in user adoption and in builder activity, and I’d like to support Arbitrum in growing its presence in the region.

My main interests include:

- Governance participation

- Community activation in emerging regions

- Bringing new contributors into the ecosystem

- Analyzing proposals and adding perspective where useful

If anyone can point me to active initiatives where a LATAM-focused contributor could be helpful, I would be happy to join and support.

Looking forward to collaborating with you all.

— **Rubén Winer**

I’m continuing my onboarding into Arbitrum governance today.
Happy to connect with anyone working on participation, incentives or LATAM outreach.
