**Voting** 2024-12-12T16:00:00Z **[Snapshot] [OpCo – A DAO-adjacent Entity for Strategy Execution](https://snapshot.box/#/s:arbitrumfoundation.eth/proposal/0x8298874cdf0e0a1849cc02eefd3bc7d94c6868c560774df963318a5edd39a53f) - Voted For** I completely agree with the view that ‘as it currently stands, the Arbitrum DAO is generally unable to move swiftly when it requires specialized contributors to execute a strategy, for which there isn’t a straightforward and low-friction approach, with these processes typically requiring a vast amount of effort from the supply side instead of being driven by the demand side.’ I very hope OpCo can address this pain point. I was concerned that a 34M ARB would put a lot of pressure on the market, to the detriment of ARB holders, and OpCo decided to take a linear release to minimize the impact on the market. Overall, the pros of the proposal outweigh the cons, so I voted For.
