**Type: On-chain**

**Rationale:** We voted **in favor** of this proposal because it strengthens Arbitrum in three key areas:

**Scalability:** Removing the cost cap on Arbitrum Nova enables broader use cases and greater flexibility for builders.  
**Security:** Updating the upgrade executors and disabling the legacy USDT bridge reduces risks and modernizes core operations.  
**Governance:** These changes support a more efficient, resilient, and decentralized ecosystem.

This proposal is a clear step forward for the DAO and its community, and Modular Crypto fully supports it.
