## Introduction Following an ArbitrumDAO [vote](https://snapshot.box/#/s:arbitrumfoundation.eth/proposal/0x1de2707ab4cf792721544a8f82eee98535c16ce437ba2ac95a78c85c20b6d8b0) to wind down the MSS, funds previously controlled by the MSS were transferred to the Arbitrum Foundation, which continues to manage the DAO’s payroll operations. Of the seven initiatives whose funds were transferred from the MSS, only four remain active. Accordingly, we are sharing token flow reporting for funds associated with these initiatives between January and March (Q1) 2026, with the prior periods covered [here](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/c/archive/dao-finances/49). **Reporting period:** 01.01.2026 - 31.03.2026 **Scope:** The scope of this report includes four\* initiatives (each with a separate wallet, as reported [here](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/mss-for-arbitrum-communication-thread-arbitrum-multisig-support-service/26508/32)): 1. During the reporting period, total withdrawals from these wallets were: - ARB\_ARBITRUM = 3,776,207 - USDC\_ARBITRUM = 61,250 1. The remaining funds from the Security Subsidy Fund were returned to the DAO (via the ATMC) in Q2 2026, and will be covered in the next report. 2.
