What I mean is that this proposal from Entropy suggests a certain path of development [Unifying Arbitrum’s Mission, Vision, Purpose (MVP) - #3 by cp0x](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/unifying-arbitrum-s-mission-vision-purpose-mvp/27275/3)  
I wanted grants to be given to projects that correspond to this path, only that.
