We endorse this proposal, as it aims to substantially enrich the Arbitrum ecosystem by introducing pivotal services like fixed-rate lending and borrowing for popular crypto assets. Notional V3’s initiative would fill a gap in the current offerings, creating deep and liquid markets for fixed-rate financial products. This would not only benefit Arbitrum users by giving them new avenues for leveraged yield but also directly enhance liquidity for existing Arbitrum ecosystem projects.
