We’ve reviewed the proposal and agree with the concerns raised by other delegates. While we think Eth Bucharest is a great conference and a gateway to engaging with developers in Europe, we feel the terms relating to the conference and the DAO’s participation in it lack clarity. In particular, given the size of the conference we are not sure what value the DAO can derive, taking into account the large budget proposed.
