Hello @PrimeTyler thank you for submitting! Please make the following changes to your proposal to comply with the program rules.

1. The funding address you provided is not a multisig as seen on [Arbiscan](https://arbiscan.io/address/0x06265AD54beEB554C46E9a3162a7520ce828C3bE). Funding addresses must be a multisig per the following program stipulation.
