Following the successful diligence process and final approval by the Questbook team, we would like to update the forum records regarding the Nexus Watch Infrastructure grant.
To ensure maximum efficiency and focus on high-signal data curation, the project scope was optimized from its initial draft. The officially approved and contracted parameters are:
- Total Grant Funding: $5,280 USD (Single Milestone Strategy)
- Operational Window: 6 Months of continuous monitoring
- Deliverables: 6 Monthly Curated Data Reports (Focusing on institutional flows and governance transparency)
- Infrastructure: Dedicated AWS EC2 deployment with Enterprise RPC redundancy (Active since Jan 2026)

1. Executive Summary
Hello Arbitrum Community!
As part of our commitment to the Arbitrum Grants Program (AGP), VeriOmnion is proud to present our first Monthly Curated Data Report. This month, our Nexus Watch infrastructure transitioned from Proof-of-Concept to a fully deployed Production Environment. We successfully maintained >99.9% uptime on our dedicated AWS EC2 instances and Enterprise RPC nodes.
Our core focus remains on solving the “Signal-to-Noise” ratio. Our curation engine processed hundreds of raw alerts this month, isolating 121 unique institutional transactions (>= 50 ETH). With the deployment of our V2.0 Engine, we now provide immutable Transaction Hashes for every alert, ensuring transparent, audit-ready visibility into capital flows.
2. Infrastructure Health & Uptime Update
- Operational Status:
100% Active. - Uptime (Last 30 Days): 99.98%.
- Nodes & Server: Migrated successfully to Enterprise RPC (Alchemy/AWS).
- Technical Note: The period between Jan 29 and Feb 02 was dedicated to final node migration and infrastructure hardening (stress-testing). Continuous production-grade data curation officially commenced on Feb 03.

In this section, we filter out standard retail noise (< 50 ETH) to focus on movements exceeding institutional thresholds, fulfilling our exact proposal specifications.

Over the last 30 days, we observed a net accumulation trend. Large entities are predominantly moving funds OFF exchanges into cold storage or deploying them into Arbitrum-native DeFi protocols, signaling long-term holding intent.
