This seems very reasonable.

It also is a moment to remember this would normally be a job for the TMC assets, and is why a smooth process needs to be built out so smaller requests don’t require navigating through votes for already authorized expenses.

We encourage others to [please head over to that related thread and comment](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/tmc-stablecoin-withdrawal-process/28877/5); the current plan proposed needs more fleshing out and optimizing. It would be a good idea to get that done sooner rather than later, since the current TMC process isn’t yet ready for a vote in our view.
