With the Snapshot Vote already approved and since the funds remain in the multi-sig, no on-chain actions are required. Therefore, the extension doesn’t need to go through a Tally vote.

The Arbitrum MSS onchain proposal has been executed and the Arbitrum MSS has been funded.

We anticipate that the MSS will start to be used in September, when the delegate incentives multisig is migrated to use the MSS: Proposal to Temporary Extend Delegate Incentive System. - #21 by axlvaz_SEEDLATAM.eth

After August compensations are disbursed, the Delegate Incentive Program will adhere to Multi-sig Support Service (MSS). SEEDGov aligns with the community’s perspective that the MSS unit will significantly boost efficiency, savings, and transparency in DAO operations. These enhancements are essential as the Delegate Incentive Program has to fund various delegates each month.
