# RAD Budget - Quarterly Review (3Q2026)

As part of the quarterly review of the Rewarding Active Delegates (RAD), OpCo has decided to keep the per-proposal category budgets unchanged for the 4th quarter.

While ARB’s price has increased significantly over the last few weeks, most of that increase occurred in the last month, leaving little time for the historical average to catch up. To avoid the budget review being driven solely by price reflexivity, we’re using the 3-month average ARB price as a reference point.

| **Off-chain temperature check (non-binding)** | $3,000 | $250 |

_The budgets will remain unchanged for Q4 2026._

## **What is not changing**

- **USD denomination.** Budgets remain set in USD and converted to ARB at payout. This keeps delegate rewards predictable in dollar terms and means future reviews can adjust again if the ARB price moves materially in either direction.
- **Eligibility and rationale rules.** The participation thresholds and rationale requirements introduced in prior updates are unaffected.
