I’m happy to share that we have successfully scheduled the first call for our working group for Wednesday at 12 pm UTC. It will be held on Google Meet: https://meet.google.com/roh-hros-iee. I received confirmation of attendance from both AF and OCL, as well as from some other contributors.
The goal for the first call is just to discuss issues at hand and possible solutions. In particular, I’d like to explore the following topics:
- what kind of maintenance changes (other than adding tokens to the custom gateway) we might want to address
- how should the process look like and who should own specific parts of the process (how should it be initiated, who should be responsible for due diligence, what the communication with the DAO should look like)
- discuss possible solutions, both short and long term, and what is needed for each of them
- if the solution requires writing custom code for the governance contracts - who should be responsible for the development, and what should the process look like
- if there’s a need for allocating additional funds from the DAO
