DAOplomats is voting AGAINST this proposal on Snapshot.

Our reason is simply sticking to the social agreement of the Incentive Detox proposal [passed in August](https://snapshot.org/#/arbitrumfoundation.eth/proposal/0x99b57df3577e8e6561f3549b057bd87fdb7e66f65a7c45fddf63d9cd62f993d8).
