We have accepted the proposal from Open Block Labs. There are a few administrative things to take care of to enable payment, but this thread can now be closed.
The decision was made by Plurality Labs with assistance from a few key community members @tnorm and @Burns along with support from Open Data Community @epowell101

Is there a way to try the OpenBlocks app/dashboard?
The whitelisting of email addresses currently does not allow testing the product and I would really love to follow up and contribute in any possible way.
Hi @Blueweb, the dashboard will be public and the data will be open-source! There will not be a whitelist. As mentioned in our proposal timeline, the dashboard will be ready within 4 weeks from grant acceptance. We will post regular updates and intermediary analyses in the interim.
