### Savvy DAO has voted to support the “Arbitrum Multi-sig Support Service (MSS)”

**1. Cost Reduction and Efficiency:**

- **Significant Savings:** The MSS will save the DAO around $315,000 annually by reducing operational costs and streamlining multi-sig operations.
- **Streamlined Processes:** A consistent team of signers will make the proposal process more efficient and reduce delays.

**2. Enhanced Transparency and Accountability:**

- **Token Flow Reporting:** Monthly reports by r3gen will provide detailed financial insights, improving transparency and accountability.
- **Professional Signers:** The MSS ensures competent and trusted signers through a rigorous election and KYC process.

**3. Improved Governance and Security:**

- **Reduced Fragmentation:** Consolidating multi-sig signers reduces redundancy and operational costs.
- **Conflict of Interest Policy:** Strict policies and removal mechanisms ensure decisions benefit the DAO.
