The Security Council Election process for the September 2024 cohort is finally complete! [gzeon](https://www.tally.xyz/gov/arbitrum/council/security-council/election/2/round-2/nominee/0xe2e9d5B97d8C0457B1cf80BC93802bce4DF03e33) Gzeon is a long-time member of the [Offchain Labs](https://www.offchainlabs.com/) team as well as a leaderboard warden & judge at [Code4rena](https://code4rena.com/). He’s been a key player in securing the Arbitrum tech stack & the wider web3 ecosystem. He has developed & maintained large portions of the Arbitrum smart contracts & participated in resolving critical blockchain security incidents. ### 2. [John Morrow](https://www.tally.xyz/gov/arbitrum/council/security-council/election/2/round-2/nominee/0x3E286452b1C66abB08Eb5494c3894F40aB5a59AF) @jmo is the co-founder of [Gauntlet](https://www.gauntlet.xyz/). He has published extensive research on DeFi risks & the security of staking systems. Having already served 1 year on the Arbitrum Security Council, this is a reappointment for John. ### 3. [Emiliano Bonassi](https://www.tally.xyz/gov/arbitrum/council/security-council/election/2/round-2/nominee/0x33ddb82e68940f0e4C1050885BcE8faF5Ddd1b93) Emiliano is a Rollup Product Lead at [Conduit](https://www.conduit.xyz/) with deep expertise in Rollup tech. Having offered support to 350+ networks, he’s experienced in addressing security issues on Orbit chains. He’s actively responded to several emergencies, identified security issues in DeFi protocols & built open-source security tools. ### 4. [Immunefi](https://www.tally.xyz/gov/arbitrum/council/security-council/election/2/round-2/nominee/0x1716C1C037e4968D5A06d4d080904F9B7a6508f2) [Immunefi](https://immunefi.com/) is a leading Blockchain security firm & a Web3 bug bounty platform. Immunefi has been working in the Arbitrum ecosystem to provide its Bug Bounty Program since Aug 2021 & was recently whitelisted as an approved [Security Service Provider](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/announcement-whitelisted-providers-for-the-adpc-security-services-panel/26544). The organization will be represented by Gonçalo, its Head of Security. ### 5. [Dennison Bertram](https://www.tally.xyz/gov/arbitrum/council/security-council/election/2/round-2/nominee/0xeA4A4A886aCA47DD0167B4aEE5B1345e18D20Ee5) @dennison is the CEO at [Tally](https://www.tally.xyz/explore). He has dedicated to empowering communities to build & govern dApps collaboratively. Dennison is also a Solidity developer with a deep understanding of blockchain security principles. ### 6. [Griff Green](https://www.tally.xyz/gov/arbitrum/council/security-council/election/2/round-2/nominee/0x882c6FCb3D358b9d70B97c6999159cea64168B6F) @Griff is the founder of [Giveth](https://giveth.io/) & an OG in the Ethereum, public goods funding & DAO ecosystems. Griff has significant experience in blockchain crisis response, including being involved in cleaning up the original TheDAO and Parity multi-sig hacks.
