# Conclusion of the Notice Period and Commencement of the Submission Period The SOS Notice Period has officially ended. As of today, Monday, February 24, the Submission Period is open and is provisionally set to close on Wednesday, March 26. During the Submission Period, delegates and contributors are invited to publish their objectives matrix submissions.
