I recommend checking the [[Non-Constitutional] Arbitrum DAO Firestarter Fund](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/non-constitutional-arbitrum-dao-firestarter-fund/30101/1) proposal. I think it provides a clear path for delegates/contributors to work on (at least) some of the objectives (the other is of course the new DIP program).
